That was maddening but wasn’t for me an average disappointment and inconvenience since this time of year, there are only so many trips to town (and UPS/USPS) left and they are already fully pre- packed with long-snow- in preparations. Well as I’d ordered 4 and the black and white ones suited me, well even, they had to be addressed. INSTANTANEOUS SOLUTION IN A FIRST REPLY THAT CAME VERY QUICKLY!! They looked into the site issue, and also did what they could for my issues. I had to deal with those, clearly, but what seemed to be a bear really wasn’t. UPS covered the gaps and it was remarkable how rapidly this was solved. Even Jones came up with an instant response when I thought I’d lost the label. They seem to have sent replacements out before I’d gotten the rerun to UPS. I’ve much value such an act of trust and their attention to customer care.
